Event Overview
Modern womanhood asks a lot of us —caregiving, partnership, ambition, emotional labor. Over time, many women notice subtle (or significant) disconnection from pleasure, intimacy, and themselves.
Play, Pleasure & Partnership is a thoughtfully designed, research-informed seminar created to help women reconnect with their inner world, their relationships, and their capacity for joy and intimacy without pressure, performance, or expectation.
This immersive morning experience blends psychological insight, mindfulness, and gentle somatic practices in a safe, supportive, women-only environment.
